Vietnam Bridge Collapse
Yet another bridge collapse has happened, this time in Vietnam. Several Japanese construction firms
were working on this bridge, and Japan had invested more money in this bridge than had Vietnam. The
cause of the collapse was unknown.
- Workers die in Vietnam bridge collapse
September 27, 2007
- Scaffolding at some sections of the bridge over the Hau river collapsed as workers were
starting their shift. About 250 engineers and workers from three Japanese contractors
were on the construction site at the time of the accident.
- Vietnam Bridge Collapse Kills 52
September 26, 2007
- The bridge was being built across the Hau River, a branch of the Mekong River, in the
southern city of Can Tho. It is part of a heavily used route linking the Mekong Delta and
Ho Chi Minh City. The collapsed section was more than 98 feet tall and was situated above
land on the river bank in Vinh Long province. The four-lane bridge was not yet open to
traffic. 200 people were working on the 328-foot-long section when it buckled. Officials
were still investigating the cause of the accident. Cement had been poured into the
collapsed section just one day earlier. The bracing supporting it had apparently weakened.
Was this related to Earth changes, as the bridge collapse in Minneapolis and the sinking piling at
Memphis were? Yes, per the Zetas, who explain.
ZetaTalk Explanation 9/29/2007: Do the Japanese not know how to build bridges? The Japanese
had more money invested in this bridge than the Vietnamese, and had their engineering firms on
site! Japan's cities have highrises, their countryside sports high speed trains, and none of these
fall apart due to bad engineering. Vietnam may be behind Japan in this regard, but there can be
no assertion that incompetence caused the collapse. Then what happened? Long span bridges are
always rooted on solid rock, by many pilings. The suitability of the rock strata planned as a base
is always examined closely for structural defects or fault lines. It was neither poor planning nor
errors in the construction schedule nor incompetence in the crew that caused this bridge to
collapse. Vietnam is on a tongue of the great Eurasian plate that reaches down to abut the plate
border at Sumatra, which is highly active these days. We mentioned when Guangxi Province in
China had dramatic sinkholes that this tongue of the great Eurasian plate was snapping, would
not break off to become a separate plate, but that the tip of the tongue was being dragged down.
We have mentioned that the action along the Sumatra border includes a slip-slide as well as
rising and falling, as India is plunging under the Himalayas while eastern Australia is rising. Put
all this together and Vietnam is being subjected to a twisting or wrenching action. It is as though
the Earth changes were trying to grab this tongue and twist it back and forth and up and down.
In this situation, rock fractures!
Bush on the Bottle
Both the Iranian president and the US president gave a speech at the United Nations on September 25,
- Ahmadinejad Launches Broadside Against US at United Nations
September 25, 2007
- President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad said Tuesday Iran considered the controversy regarding
its nuclear program over, while launching a broad attack on the United States at the UN
General Assembly. In a wide-ranging speech, Ahmadinejad accused Washington of
arrogance and human rights abuses, speaking at the same spot where US President
George W. Bush a few hours earlier had spoken of the primacy of human rights and
freedom. In his 40-minute speech, the Iranian leader went on to accuse Washington of
human rights abuses in its "war on terror," with allusions to CIA programs of rendition
and detention in camps such as Guantanamo Bay.
President Bush has been putting the squeeze on Iran via UN sanctions, and has been exhorting other
countries to join him in this. Per the Zetas Bush has been attempting to start a bombing campaign against
Iran, has accused Iran of arming Iraqi insurgents, and has even ordered the US military to begin this
bombing campaign. Per the Zetas, the US military has refused, blocking his orders. Also per the Zetas,
the recent attempted theft of 6 nuclear warheads carried via a B52 bomber to the Barksdale Air Force
base in Louisiana from the heartland was related to this effort. According to the Zetas, this was just
another attempt to incite Iran that failed and was blocked by the US military. The Zetas have predicted
that all such attempts will be blocked by a contingent within the US military.
Bush spoke early in the day, a speech that was televised. He got tepid applause. Ahmadinejad spoke
closer to prime time toward the end of the day, also televised, and received thunderous applause from
the UN attendees. Beyond this notable reception was their visage, as Bush appeared to be frankly
inebriated, slurring his words repeatedly and puffy under the eyes. After his speech, he went to the hotel
for what the media stated was some "down time". Was there a behind the scenes drama going on? The

ZetaTalk Explanation 9/27/2007: We have repeatedly mentioned the "behind the scenes" struggle
between those in the White House and a contingent in Congress, the FBI, the Judiciary and the
US military. Bush and company are determined to use the US military to sit on all the oil fields of
the Middle East, and determined to impose martial law within the US, but are being blocked. We
predicted this blocking 18 months ago, and although this situation is in the hands of man, this
continues to be our prediction. On occasion, the attempts by Bush and company to force their will
on the world breaks into the news. One such instance was the Rayburn Building shootout.
Another was the recent attempted theft of 6 nuclear warheads from Minot Air Force base in N
We mentioned when the 2004 election was once again rigged to keep Bush in office that the
Puppet Master was enraged at Bush, and would institute a campaign to politically decapitate
him. For the 2006 elections, the Puppet Master countered the election fraud Karl Rove had so
carefully put into place via the Diebold paperless machines, giving Bush a Democratic Congress,
which was the wish of the people. Bush has had repeated setbacks, such as the failure to deliver
Social Security funds to Wall Street and the failure to get an immigration bill passed. Now there
are congressional investigations into matters Bush thought would never get scrutiny, such as
illegal wiretapping and Iraq contractor abuse. The US military, retired and active duty alike, are
coming out against the War in Iraq, and the 2008 elections are threatening to put him out of the
White House even without impeachment proceedings. How is Bush handling all of this?
President Bush and his look-alikes, the biological identical twins who were raised in secure
settings as a back-up, have been assured since birth that they would rule the world during the
end times. It is no accident that Herbert Bush headed the CIA in the 1970's, and was selected as
Reagan's vice president. The Bush family had plans. The Bush clones, who were in fact identical
twins as the zygote was split and implanted into Barbara and several surrogate mothers, show
the serious intent, as should the brother in the public eye develop a fatal illness or go insane or
refuse to be directed by the cabal planning to rule the world, they could substitute another
brother. At present there are only two brothers alive and operational - one in the White House,
and the other living with the Puppet Master. The development of the Diebold voting machine,
with software holes that allow totals to be manipulated from a remote location, was part of this
grand Bush plan. The invasion of Iraq to gain the Middle East oil was another such part of the
Bush plan, and is the reason George Herbert Bush left Saddam in place so he would have to be
removed at a later date. The plan has hit the skids on all fronts.
At present, the Bush twin in the White House is clinging to a delusional hope that somehow their
repeated attempts to declare martial law will eventually succeed so he can be president for life,
and that their repeated attempts to engage Iran in warfare will succeed. Meanwhile, he comforts
himself with alcohol when he can secure it. It is only on trips out of the White House, such as to
the European G8 meeting and the recent assembly at the UN that he can secure booze. At the G8
meeting, for instance, he was declared sick of a stomach flu, and unable to attend meetings for
over a day. Hotel staff are not told he should not be allowed to drink, and one can always order
booze during a meal or a meeting with another head of state. Is a staffer going to run around
countering an order given to a waiter? Imagine the stories hitting the news should something like
that occur. "Bush on the Bottle, Staff Frantic." He is held in his room to sober up, escorted
everywhere, and any room service checked by staff ahead of being delivered to Bush. Bush will
continue to realize that his status has slipped from king of the world during the end times to
despised pretender to the throne. And he will continue to seek solace in the bottle and from the
company of close personal friends. He will become even more isolated, morose, and delusional.
Has the ploy to declare war in the Middle East transitioned from Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq
to claims of nuclear weapons in Syria? Apparently so!
- Israeli Air Strike did not Hit Nuclear Facility, Intelligence Officials Say
September 24, 2007
- By most accounts of intelligence officials, both former and current, Israel and the US both
were well aware of the activities of North Korea and Syria and their attempts to
chemically weaponize the No-Dong missile. It therefore remains unclear why an intricate
story involving evidence of a Syrian nuclear weapons program and/or enriched uranium
was put out to press organizations. The North Korean missiles -- described as "legacy" by
one source and "older generation" by another -- were not nuclear arms. The No-Dong 1
missile is a redesigned SCUD-C, which the Syrians are alleged to have acquired in the
mid-1990s according to some estimations, while others say perhaps as late as 2000. Some
believe that the Office of the Vice President is continuing to battle any attempts at
diplomacy made by the US State Department in an effort to ensure no alternative but a
military solution to destabilize and strike Iran, using Syria's alleged nuclear weapons
program and close relations with Iran as a possible pretext.
The Zetas state that Israel is getting desperate, as they see Bush losing all support for the War in Iraq,
and what Israel was hoping for was a US military occupation in Iraq, Iran, and Saudi Arabia with
nearby enemies such as Syria disposed of along the way.
ZetaTalk Explanation 9/15/2007: Israel is seeing their position becoming shaky. Bush has depleted
the US military in Iraq, Admiral William Fallon and others in the Pentagon stating that they must
draw down in Iraq to 100,000 troops by year's end or face insecurity. Despite what General
Petraeus and Bush say, exhaustion brings vulnerability to a military, and this too is a weakened
stance. Israel expected not only an invasion of Iran, but a terrified Syria and an occupied Saudi
Arabia. They expected to expand their territory, via the US military invasion of Iraq. Both Bush
and Israel have been trying to goad neighboring states to start a fracas, hoping that Iran and
Syria will strike back and they can claim they, Israel, are victims. The hope is that once the US
military engages one of these states, such as Iran or Syria, that the genie cannot be put back into
the bottle, and the war both Bush and Israel want will be off and running. Iran and Syria are not
that dumb, and are winning at this game.
This desperate attempt to incite Syria to engage Israel, so that Iran would come to Syria's rescue and
the US would be required to come to the aid of Israel, followed closely on setbacks for the War in Iraq.
- Pace Wants a Cut in Troop Deployment
August 24, 2007
- Administration and military officials say Marine Gen. Peter Pace is likely to convey
concerns by the Joint Chiefs that keeping well in excess of 100,000 troops in Iraq through
2008 will severely strain the military.
- Among Top Officials, 'Surge' Has Sparked Dissent, Infighting
September 9, 2007
- The polite discussion in the White House Situation Room a week ago masked a sharper
clash over the U.S. venture in Iraq, one that has been building since Fallon, chief of the
U.S. Central Command, which oversees Middle East operations, sent a rear admiral to
Baghdad this summer to gather information. Soon afterward, Fallon began developing
plans to redefine the U.S. mission and radically draw down troops.
